All the beautiful places

The UK is rich with glowing green places, stunning vistas, rolling hills, and windswept rocks every way you turn! Part of my creative work is finding all the best places, scoping out spots that are ideal for families (as little hiking as possible), and ones that require a bit more effort to reach.

Haytor Rock in Dartmoor is an excellent example of this - it's family- and couple-friendly but only for those ready for a time commitment (at least 2 hours). It can be very windy up top as well! If you chose this location for a family shoot, we'd take lots of candid climbing and playing photos, you and your kids on the rocks and walking through the heather. If you chose this for an engagement shoot, we'd definitely bring along hiking shoes to get us up to the top of the rocks for a stunning scenic shot, and do some wandering in the many paths that make for a beautiful background.

When you book with me, we'll talk about your vision, look at inspo photos, and make sure that the location we choose is absolutely right for your vision. If you have no idea, that's okay too! I'll walk you through all the options. If you know the exact spot, that's fine too. Bottom line: you don't have to have it all planned out.
